If the product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, you are required to provide clear and verifiable proof, including an unboxing video or images showing the sealed package, barcode, and the issue.
Upon successful verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
We provide complimentary insurance coverage of up to ₹2,500 per order, and all related claims are handled internally by our team.
All issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or our contact page.
Requests raised beyond this window will not be entertained, as verification becomes unreliable after this period.
Return Shipping:
In cases where the error is from our end, all shipping costs will be covered by us. In certain situations, return shipping may be adjusted or credited towards your next order.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD orders may include an additional fee, which is determined by the courier partner and may vary. This charge is not controlled by us.
Shipping Rates:
Domestic shipping rates vary depending on location and delivery speed.
Express shipping, where available, may incur an additional charge of approximately ₹50–₹150.
International Shipping:
International orders are available on request. Additional charges may apply based on courier rates and destination.

All claims must be supported with clear, unedited visual proof, including:
Full unboxing footage or images
Packaging in original condition
Visible barcode
Clear depiction of the issue
Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the request.
